I hope that you are all keeping self and well?! I have been really pleased to hear at how our adult volunteers have found new ways of provifing an active programme across the groups in the district. I wanted to take the time to say thank you for all that you are doing for Scouting during this period, We have all certainly been developing our skills as well as continuing to prepare our Young People with Skills for Life.
As you all know, we are unable to hold our Annual St George’s Day Celebration this year but we’d still like to mark the occasion. As the 23rd April is a Thursday we thought that Wyre District could participate in the weekly ‘Clap for Carers’ at 8pm wearing our uniform. Please pass this on to your young people so that they can also take part.
We would love to see some pictures of our members clapping in uniform, young people and volunteers alike. Please send any photos or videos to our Digital Media Team (wyredigitalmedia@wyrescouts.org.uk) will put them on the District Facebook page and website.
